Become a Chapter House Vendor

Think of The Chapter House as a community lemonade stand—a welcoming, low-pressure space built to give local makers, artists, and creators a platform to shine.

Whether you don’t have a brick-and-mortar storefront of your own or feel a bit intimidated jumping straight into busy outdoor markets, we are here to offer a supportive, friendly space to test your ideas and share your crafts with our community.

How it Works

  • Pricing & Control: You set the retail prices for all your inventory.

  • Fair Commission: The Chapter House retains a standard 35% commission on sold items to keep our doors open.

  • Reduce Your Commission Rate: You can lower the Shop’s commission rate simply by tagging The Chapter House on Facebook or Instagram when promoting your items (up to 5 qualifying posts per month)!

  • Your Space: You set up, maintain, and refresh your shelf/table display, while we handle point-of-sale customer service and day-to-day staffing.

  • Monthly Payouts: Payouts for recorded sales are issued by the 15th of each following month.

Ready to Get Started? (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Review & Complete the Vendor Agreement

Review our Vendor Consignment Agreement to confirm commission terms, inventory processes, and display details.

  2. Come in for a Conversation

After you have familiarized yourself with the Agreement, contact us to schedule an in-person conversation to answer any lingering questions you may have. When everyone feels comfortable, we’ll both sign the Agreement and schedule your set up!

  3. Get Started Selling

Once you have prepared an itemized list of stock you’d like to consign, reach out to coordinate a time to bring in your inventory, set up your display space, and officially join our maker community!
